over
the weekend, i spent a wonderfully sunny and warm day around town with
my mumma. we both wanted to go and see the bp portrait exhibition. there
are some truly talented people out there, and it was lovely to see them
all together in one space. the national portrait gallery has been a
firm destination for me, whenever i mosey on up into town. its free and
has a good selection of photography. myself and mumma, wandered around
covent garden and the surrounding area, taking time out to have a bite
to eat. it was so nice to spend some quality time with my mum. now,
being back in worthing with james, and working back at the nursery in
brighton, most of my weekdays are spent down south. so i use the weekend
as an opportunity to pop back up to london, see friends and hang with
the fam.
i
have yet to move out of course, but working down south means staying at
james is far easier on my travel expenses. my job in london didn't work
out so well, but i am feeling much happier and more grounded in what i
am doing now. and that for me is far more important.
